Control device for vision technology

                              PROINSPECT|VC200
PROINSPECT|VC200 is a time and event control module designed to operate in conjunction with PROINSPECT.
 
With PROINSPECT | VC200 it is possible to manage signals, up to 4 independent processes, from 1 to 4 encoders.
 
Noise filter for inputs
It is possible to ignore input events of a duration shorter than a given threshold, so as to avoid false activations due to electrical disturbances.
 
Activation of illuminators
With the passage of workpieces it is possible to control the activation of illuminators.
 
Pressure switch rejection monitoring
By means of pressure measurement, within a specific interval of space or time it is possible to monitor the switching of the rejection solenoid.
 
Rejection verification
By means of detection of the presence of the workpiece, with a specific photosensor, in a specific interval of space or time, it is possible to check that rejection has occurred.
